Nice device, looks like a speaker. Plug & play, easy to install for everyone. Good app, very simple and useful. The Somfy One is good for one room and can be switched on and off very easily. Detection zone can be adjusted so that eg pets are ignored. Keep in mind that there is a 6 second delay when viewing the ‘live’ image. No battery. Lots of positive reviews!
Somfy One can easily be expanded with additional Somfy Protect accessories, such as a door/window contact, additional cameras and motion detectors. As soon as the Somfy One detects movement, you as a user will immediately receive a notification; app on your phone, email and SMS. In addition, the camera will immediately record 30 seconds of image, which you can look back for 7 days and download for free. Thanks to the privacy shutter, the camera closes as soon as you get home.
